This workshop assumed a basic knowledge of GST, but has a refresher on GST basics moving through to advanced topics, helping you navigate real-world issues and enhance your GST management strategies.

 Key Focus Areas:

  • GST Basics refresher: Refresh on the general principles of GST.
  • GST Administration: Reminder of guidance for ATO compliance documentation.
  • Grants and Contributions: Explore how GST applies to financial assistance, focusing on agreements and related factors.
  • Fees and Charges: Emphasise the importance of detail and regular review in GST applications.
  • Land and Property Deals: Address GST considerations in high-value transactions and identify potential planning opportunities.
  • New GST Rulings: Review the latest rulings issued in the 2025-26 financial year.
