The 2024-25 rate comparison report contains the rating details for all local governments in Western Australia, specifically including the rate in the dollar and the minimum rates for both GRV and UV rate bases, differential rates, specified area rates, residential rubbish removal charge, and year of GRV valuation.
 
We believe many local governments will find the report useful for comparing their rate schemes and assessing the rate initiatives implemented by other local governments.
